Moon Bear Wildlife Sanctuary, located in Occidental, CA, is dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of moon bears, also known as Asiatic black bears. The sanctuary provides a safe haven for these bears, many of whom have been rescued from illegal wildlife trade and exploitation.
