Connected by default

Bank and books,
same event.

  1. One account, banking + books

Your Holdings business account earns 1.75% APY on every dollar. FDIC coverage up to $3M through i3 Bank + program banks. Visa debit card, sub-accounts, ACH, wires — all included.

  2. Transactions clear straight into the ledger

Every deposit, every card charge, every ACH out hits your bank instantly. Turn on Holdings accounting ($25/mo) and the same transaction posts to your books at the same moment — no connector, no import job, no reconciliation queue.

  3. AI-driven invoicing collects into it

When Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor sends an invoice via the Holdings MCP and the client pays, the deposit lands here. With accounting on, it's already logged as revenue and reconciled against the invoice.

  4. Month-end has nothing to do

With accounting on ($25/mo), P&L and balance sheet update in real time. The reconciliation queue stays at zero because bank and books are the same event.

Questions

Straight answers.

What kind of business checking account does Holdings offer?
Holdings offers a zero-fee business checking account with 1.75% APY on all balances. There are no monthly fees, no minimum balance requirements, and no transaction fees for domestic ACH or wire transfers.
Is my money FDIC insured?
Yes. Deposits are eligible for FDIC insurance coverage up to $3,000,000 through our program bank network — significantly more than the standard $250,000 per bank.
Does Holdings offer a business savings account?
You don't need a separate business savings account with Holdings — every dollar in your checking and sub-accounts already earns 1.75% APY automatically. Most banks make you move money into a savings account to earn interest and cap how often you can withdraw; Holdings pays high-yield interest on your whole balance while keeping it fully liquid.
How does the high-yield business savings rate work?
Holdings pays 1.75% APY on all balances, with no tiers, no minimums, and no caps — so it functions like a high-interest business savings account with none of the restrictions. You can open unlimited sub-accounts to set aside reserves, taxes, or savings goals, and each one earns the same rate. APY is variable and subject to change.
Can I open multiple business bank accounts?
Yes. You can open unlimited sub-accounts for payroll, taxes, operating expenses, reserves, and more — all with no additional fees and each earning 1.75% APY.
Can I open a new Holdings business bank account?
Not right now. Holdings' banking product is no longer accepting new sign-ups. Existing banking customers keep full access — same login, same account, no changes. New businesses coming to Holdings today start with AI-native invoicing (no monthly fee) and add the accounting layer when they need it.
Does Holdings connect to accounting software?
Yes — Holdings ships its own accounting software for $25/mo (30-day free trial). Because banking and accounting were built together, transactions post to your books the moment they clear. No CSV imports, no manual reconciliation queue.
Does Holdings support mobile check deposit?
Yes. You can deposit checks directly from your phone using the Holdings mobile app. Funds are typically available within 1–2 business days.
Can I set permissions on individual sub-accounts?
Team members can be invited with Admin or Member roles. Per-user, per-sub-account permissions are on our roadmap.
Does Holdings support bill pay?
Yes. You can pay vendors via ACH or wire transfer directly from your Holdings account. Scheduled and recurring payments are supported.
Can I send or receive international wires?
International wire transfers are available. Outgoing international wires carry a $25 fee. Incoming international wires are free.
