Do I need a Holdings bank account to use payment links?

Yes — Holdings needs to know where to send the money. Opening a Holdings account is free (no credit check, takes 5 minutes) and comes with free checking at 1.75% APY.

Can I use the QR code in person?

That’s exactly what it’s built for. Download it, print it, and put it anywhere — your counter, your table at a market, your window, a flyer, an email. Customer scans with any phone camera and the payment page opens instantly.

How do I get paid?

Payments process by card and deposit into your Holdings checking account, typically within 1–2 business days.

Can I put multiple products and services on one page?

Yes. Build out your menu — add as many items as you need. Customers can select multiple items in one transaction.

Can I customize the look of my payment page?

On the free plan, your payment page shows your business name with Holdings branding. On the Software plan ($25/mo), you can use your own logo and remove the Holdings footer — your brand only.

Is this different from invoicing?

Yes. An invoice is sent to a specific client for a specific job or project — it names them, details the work, and they pay the stated amount. A payment link is a self-serve page anyone can access — they pick what they want and pay. Both are in your Holdings payments tab.

All major cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

No account or domestic transaction fees. Some foreign transaction fees may apply in limited circumstances.

Annual Percentage Yield (APY) is variable and subject to change after account opening. Rate is compounded monthly and credited monthly.

Deposits are insured up to $3 million total through a combination of i3 Bank, Member FDIC, and additional program banks. Each account is separately insured up to $250,000 per account holder per bank. Holdings accounts are subject to approval. Terms and conditions apply.
