Referral Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

• The Program is open to current Holdings account holders in good standing ("Referrers").
• Referred businesses ("Referees") must be new Holdings customers and must not have previously held a Holdings account.

How to Participate

• Referrers can participate by introducing Holdings to businesses in their network and encouraging them to open a Holdings account.
• Referees must list the Referrer as the referring party during the account onboarding process.

Referral Bonuses

When you refer a new business to Holdings:

Qualification

The referred business must open a Holdings account, maintain a minimum balance of $500, and complete at least one transaction within 30 days of opening. Bonuses are credited to both accounts within 30 days after the Referee qualifies.

Program Limitations

• Referrers may earn up to 6 referral bonuses per calendar year ($300 maximum).
• Referrers must maintain an open and unrestricted Holdings account in good standing to be eligible for bonuses.
• Referrals must use a valid referral code or link. If a Referee does not use the code during signup, the Referrer must contact Holdings within 30 days to request credit.
• The Referrer and Referee cannot share the same email domain.

Disqualification and Termination

Holdings reserves the right to disqualify participants and/or terminate the Program at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud or abuse.

Referrers may be disqualified for:

• Providing false or misleading information
• Engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Violating these Terms or any other Holdings agreement

If disqualified, Referrers may forfeit any pending or future referral bonuses.

Modifications

Holdings reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time and for any reason with thirty (30) days prior notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PROGRAM AND ASSOCIATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL HOLDINGS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
