Blacks In Government (BIG) is a nonprofit organization based in Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, dedicated to promoting equity and inclusion for African Americans in government service. The organization focuses on advocacy, professional development, and mentorship to enhance the representation and advancement of Black professionals in government roles. BIG also works to address issues affecting the African American community within the public sector.
