Which role should I give my office manager?

If your office manager needs to send payments and manage cards, give them the Admin role. If they only need to view financial data, Member is sufficient.

Can a Member see how much money is in our accounts?

Yes. Members can see all account balances and full transaction history. They just cannot move money or change settings.

Can a Bookkeeper see who else is on the team?

No. Bookkeepers cannot see the team member list or any team member details. Their view is limited to financial data.

Can an Admin remove the SuperAdmin?

No. Admins cannot remove or change the SuperAdmin's role. Only the SuperAdmin can [transfer their own access](/help-center/team-access/transfer-superadmin).

Can a Member have a card?

Members can use cards that are assigned to them by an Admin or SuperAdmin. They cannot create or modify cards themselves.

What's the difference between Member and Bookkeeper?

Can I have more than one Admin?

Yes. You can have unlimited Admins. There is no cap on any role except SuperAdmin, which is always exactly one person.
