Financing by SmallBusinessLoans.com · Holdings is not a lender

How it works

One application.
Every lender that fits.

Holdings is not a lender. We’ve vetted SmallBusinessLoans.com and their network — you apply through them, they match you to the lenders that actually fit, you pick the offer that works. Nothing in your credit is touched to look.

  1. Fill out one application

Five minutes at SmallBusinessLoans.com. Loan amount, business info, revenue, credit. One form covers the whole lender network.

  2. See your matches

Our capital partner runs a soft prequal — no impact to your credit — and shows you the offers you actually qualify for. Working capital lines, term loans, invoice financing, equipment leases, SBA.

  3. Pick the offer that fits

Sign with the lender that works for you. That’s when a hard credit inquiry happens, and only with your explicit consent.

  4. Get funded

Working capital lines and short-term loans typically fund in 1–3 business days. SBA takes longer — the paperwork is federal, not us. If you bank with Holdings, the disbursement lands in the same account your books already track.

You approve every hard credit inquiry before it happens.

What’s available

Six ways to fund what’s next.

Our capital partner’s lender network covers the shapes small businesses actually need. You see the ones you qualify for.

Working capital lines

Draw when you need it, repay when the money comes in. Sized to your revenue, not your assets.

Term loans

Fixed amount, fixed term. Good for a specific expansion moment — a new hire, a build-out, a big piece of gear.

Invoice financing

Get advanced on invoices you’ve already sent. Bridge the gap between “invoice sent” and “invoice paid.”

Equipment financing

Finance the thing you’re financing against. Trucks, kitchen gear, servers, printers, chairs. The equipment is the collateral.

SBA loans

Longer terms, more paperwork, sometimes the right call. We’ll flag when it fits your profile.

Refi & consolidation

Roll up existing debt into one line at a better rate — if the math works out. Our partner will show you if it does.

Connected by default

A funded loan lands
where your books can see it.

If you bank with Holdings, the disbursement hits your account and posts to your ledger through the bank feed — same as any other transaction. Payments post themselves as the lender pulls them. No importing statements. No month-end scramble to find the deposit.

Questions

Straight answers.

Is Holdings a lender?
No. Holdings is the platform your business runs on — invoicing, banking, books. When you need financing, we connect you with our capital partner (SmallBusinessLoans.com) and their network of lenders. We’re not underwriting your loan; they are.
What kinds of financing can I get?
Working capital lines, term loans, invoice financing, equipment financing, SBA loans, and refi options. Your matches depend on your business profile: time in business, revenue, existing debt, and personal credit.
Will this hurt my credit?
Not to see options. The initial match uses a soft credit inquiry — no impact to your score. A hard inquiry only happens if you accept an offer and move to funding, and you explicitly consent before that step.
How fast can I get funded?
Depends on the product. Working capital lines can fund in 24–48 hours. Term loans typically 3–7 business days. SBA loans take weeks to months — the paperwork is federal, not us.
What do I need to qualify?
Generally: 6+ months in business, some documented revenue, and a personal credit score in the fair-or-better range. Better profiles get better terms. There are products for newer businesses and rebuilding credit too — the match tells you what actually fits.
What does Holdings get out of this?
Our capital partner pays us a referral fee on funded loans. That’s why financing through Holdings costs you nothing extra — the rates you see are what you’d get going direct. What Holdings adds is the vetting; we picked a partner carefully so you’re not gambling on lender quality.
Can I use this if I don’t bank with Holdings?
Yes. You can use Holdings for financing and keep banking wherever you already do. If you do bank with us, the funded loan appears alongside everything else — that’s the connected-platform point.
What happens if I already have loans?
Tell our partner about them in the intake. They factor existing debt into your matches and can quote refi or consolidation if the math works. Bringing existing debt into view isn’t a red flag — it’s just underwriting.

About our capital partner

Financing is provided by SmallBusinessLoans.com and its network of participating lenders. Holdings is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. Loan terms, rates, and approvals are set by the funding lender.

Disclosures

Financing options presented through Holdings are provided by SmallBusinessLoans.com and its network of participating lenders. Holdings is not a lender and does not underwrite, originate, service, or make credit decisions. Loan terms, rates, approvals, and funding timelines are determined solely by the lender extending the offer. Prequalification uses a soft credit inquiry (no impact to your credit score); submitting a full application to a lender may result in a hard credit inquiry. Holdings receives compensation from SmallBusinessLoans.com for referrals that result in funded loans; this compensation does not increase the cost of your financing.
