Your firm shouldn't be reconciling bank feeds for 30 clients.
Holdings is the bank and the ledger — so your clients' books post themselves. Free for the firm. Free banking + invoicing for every client. And 3 months of the full accounting Software plan free for every client you bring on. No cap.
Every firm we talk to runs the same broken stack: a bank for each client, plus a separate accounting subscription, connected by a bank feed that lags a day or two, drops duplicates, and leaves uncleared transactions you spend month-end cleaning up. Multiply that across 30 clients and reconciliation becomes the job — even though it's not what you got into accounting to do.
Holdings collapses that stack. Because we're both the bank and the ledger in one account, a client's paid invoice is already in the books the moment it's paid — no Plaid pull, no CSV import, nothing to reconcile.
What your firm gets
- ■ One login for every client company. Multi-company support is native — each client keeps its own books, its own invoice branding, its own billing. Switch between them from a single dropdown.
- ■ Free agentic invoicing for your own firm. Send invoices via Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor. Full double-entry accounting at $25/mo. Runs on top of whichever bank you already use.
- ■ Direct line to our founder. For your first three client migrations, you get a call with Jason to work through the transition. No support ticket queue.
- ■ Full audit trail on every account. Who did what, when. Matters for firms subject to peer review.
What your clients get
- ■ Free agentic invoicing, forever. Unlimited invoices, quotes, payment links, and QR codes. Direct any MCP-compatible AI agent (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) to draft and chase.
- ■ Free unlimited invoicing. Payment links, quotes, recurring invoices. No Stripe fee on ACH payments.
- ■ 3 months of the full accounting Software plan — free. For every client you bring on, no cap. P&L, Balance Sheet, General Ledger, bank reconciliation, recurring invoices, custom branding. After 3 months, $25/mo per company only where you need the ledger.
How to get started
- 1 Book a call. 20-min intro with Jason (Holdings founder). We'll walk through your book of business, your current stack, and what a migration would look like. No commitment, no sales pitch — just a working conversation.
- 2 Open your firm's Holdings account. Free. Takes about 10 minutes. Add the first 1–3 clients we work on migrating together.
- 3 Run parallel. Keep clients on their current bank/QuickBooks while books rebuild on Holdings. Move on your timeline — most transitions take a few weeks.
- 4 Stop reconciling. Books post themselves. Month-end becomes a review, not a chase.

Who is the Holdings Partner Program for?
Small accounting firms, bookkeepers, and CPAs (2–25 employees) who manage multiple client companies and are tired of reconciling bank feeds across a book of clients. If your firm serves 5+ small businesses or nonprofits, this is built for you.
What does the firm get?
One login to manage every client company. Free Holdings business checking for your firm (1.75% APY, FDIC insured to $3M via i3 Bank). Direct access to Holdings' founder for your first three client migrations. And every client you bring on gets 3 months of the full accounting Software plan free — no cap on the number of clients.
What does the client get?
Free unlimited invoicing, quotes, and payment links, free Holdings business checking (1.75% APY, FDIC to $3M via i3 Bank), and 3 months of the $25/mo Software plan free (P&L, Balance Sheet, General Ledger, bank reconciliation, recurring invoices, custom branding). After 3 months, invoicing and banking stay free; Software is $25/mo per company they want full books on.
Is there a revenue share for the firm?
Not yet, and we won't invent one until we can honor it reliably. Once we've onboarded the first cohort of partner firms, we'll roll out a formal referral program with predictable payouts. Until then, the value to the firm is the client acquisition/retention benefit of migrating them onto a modern stack, plus 3 months of free books per client you can pass through.
How does the migration work?
You open your Holdings account free. Add each client as its own company (multi-company is native — one login, separate books, separate branding, separate billing). Turn on Software plan for the clients that need full accounting. Run parallel with their existing bank/QuickBooks while you migrate at your own pace. ACH transfers are free. No hard cutover required.
What if my firm is bigger than 25 people?
Reach out anyway — we're piloting with 2–25-person firms first because that's where the workflow pain is sharpest, but larger firms often have the same multi-client problem at scale. We'll figure it out on a call.
