Blacks In Government (BIG) is a nonprofit organization based in Washington, DC, dedicated to promoting the interests of African Americans in government service. Founded in 1975, BIG focuses on advocacy, education, and professional development to enhance the representation and effectiveness of Black professionals in federal, state, and local government.
