Referral Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

• The Program is open to current Holdings account holders in good standing ("Referrers").
• Referred businesses ("Referees") must be new Holdings customers and must not have previously held a Holdings account.

How to Participate

• Referrers can participate by introducing Holdings to businesses in their network and encouraging them to open a Holdings account.
• Referees must list the Referrer as the referring party during the account onboarding process.

Referral Bonuses

Referral bonuses are earned when a Referee opens a new Holdings account, lists the Referrer during onboarding, and maintains a qualifying balance for 30 consecutive days.

Bonuses are credited to the Referrer and Referee's accounts within 30 days after the qualifying balance is maintained for 30 consecutive days.

Program Limitations

• There is no limit to the number of qualifying referrals a Referrer can make.
• Referrers must maintain an open and unrestricted Holdings account in good standing to be eligible for bonuses.
• If a Referee does not list the Referrer during onboarding, the Referrer must contact Holdings within 30 days to request credit.

Disqualification and Termination

Holdings reserves the right to disqualify participants and/or terminate the Program at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud or abuse.

Referrers may be disqualified for:

• Providing false or misleading information
• Engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Violating these Terms or any other Holdings agreement

If disqualified, Referrers may forfeit any pending or future referral bonuses.

Modifications

Holdings reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time and for any reason with thirty (30) days prior notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PROGRAM AND ASSOCIATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL HOLDINGS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
