Using the Same Email for Multiple Holdings Accounts

Managing finances for multiple businesses doesn't have to mean juggling multiple logins. Holdings makes it easy to connect several business accounts to a single email address, giving you a streamlined way to manage all your companies from one dashboard.

How to Add Another Company with the Same Email

1. Log In to Holdings:

  • Access your account at holdings.io

  • Use your existing email and password or Google SSO

2. Navigate to the Company Menu:

  • Click on the company icon in the top left corner

  • Select Change Company from the dropdown menu

3. Add a New Company:

  • Click on Add New Company

  • Complete the application for your new business

  • Submit your information for review

4. Manage Multiple Accounts:

  • Once approved, switch between companies without logging out

  • All accounts remain tied to your single email address

  • View and manage each company's finances separately
