How to Deposit a Check Using Mobile Deposit

  1. Access Your Account

    • Log in to your Holdings account and navigate to the Activity screen.

    • Click on the Money In button to begin the deposit process.

  2. Select Mobile Deposit

    • On the next screen, you'll see several options for depositing funds.

    • Choose Mobile Deposit from the list of options.

  3. Link Your Mobile Device

    • A QR code will appear on the screen.

    • Use your phone's camera to scan the QR code, which will open a private and secure link on your device.

  4. Follow Instructions on Your Phone

    • Once the link is open, follow the step-by-step instructions provided on your phone:

      • Endorse the back of your check with "For Mobile Deposit Only" and your signature.

      • Take clear photos of the front and back of the check, ensuring all details are visible and legible.

      • Confirm the check amount and submit the deposit for processing.

  5. Complete Your Deposit

    • After submitting the deposit, you can return to your Holdings account to view the status of your check deposit under Activity.
